Artist Information:
My work
is primarily a mixture of oil paint and encaustic resin on canvas,
The work is dynamic, visually and creatively, as the
creative process involves moving the different layers around the canvas using a blowtorch as brush.
The canvases are
made up of many layers, like lacquer, using transparent and opaque colors. I strive to create something that will continue
to captivate the mind and spirit long after my time, something that is new, something no one has seen before. The next step
in the evolution of the arts and artistic mediums. I am now residing and working in the United States in New Orleans Louisiana. As is an
active member of several art organizations I am a proud supporter of the National Endowment for the Arts.
My works can
be found in collections around the world (United States, New Zealand, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, Indonesia, Germany,
Saudi Arabia and Turkey.) I have been part of numerous group and solo shows, and to date, my work has been in
the publications Elle Décor, Metropolitan Home, Living at Home (Germany), Architectural Digest, Home Magazine, Town
and Country, Ultra, and Sposabella. (Italy)
